Getting a Quote

What does the process look like to get a quote?

Submit a quote request through the form on our website. A team member will then call you to provide a personalized quote and address any questions you may have.

Where are you located, and what areas do you serve?

We are based in Mesquite, TX and proudly serve all of Texas and surrounding states.

What is the travel fee?

The travel fee varies based on the distance to your venue. A team member will confirm the exact amount when they call you.

Can people pay individually at the event?

No. Since we operate buffet-style, all pricing is quoted per event in advance — not collected per guest at the door.

Our Service & Setup

Is it a food truck or a setup?

We use a professional buffet-style setup. Our team arrives on-site and cooks everything fresh using a wood-fired oven, continuously making fresh pizzas throughout the one-hour pizza-serving window.

Do you just drop off pre-made pizzas?

No. We do not drop off pre-made pizza. Everything is cooked fresh on-site. We set up buffet-style and continuously make fresh pizzas throughout the entire serving window.

How does the buffet work?

We set up a buffet station at your venue. During the one-hour pizza-serving window, we continuously make fresh pizzas so guests always have access to hot, freshly made pizza. All flavors on our menu are available simultaneously.

Is the pizza unlimited?

Yes. During the one-hour serving window, pizza is unlimited. We continuously make fresh pizzas throughout, so there's always something hot and fresh ready for your guests.

Are the pizzas kept hot throughout service?

Yes. Our oven makes four pizzas at a time, with each one cooking in about 90 seconds. Because we make them continuously throughout the one-hour pizza-serving window, nothing sits out — every slice is fresh off the oven.

How does the day-of process work?

We arrive on-site with time to spare before your event begins. Prior to the one-hour pizza-serving window, appetizers are available for guests to enjoy. During the one-hour pizza-serving window, we operate buffet-style and continuously make fresh pizzas to ensure guests always have something hot and fresh.

Do you offer interactive pizza making?

For the safety of both our guests and our crew, the pizza-making process is handled exclusively by our trained team. Our crew is professionally certified to operate in a high-heat, food-safe environment, and for health and safety reasons, we're unable to allow guests into that area. We appreciate the enthusiasm — and we promise the pizza is worth the wait!

Can guests choose or request specific pizza flavors?

Guests cannot customize individual pizzas or request flavors outside our menu, but every flavor on our menu is served simultaneously at the buffet — so there's plenty of variety for everyone. You can view the full menu at primetimepizzas.com/menu-and-pricing.

Do you have gluten-free or dairy-free options?

Yes, we can accommodate certain dietary needs. Please mention any dietary requirements when a team member calls you so we can account for them in your quote.

What's Included

What does your standard package include?

Our standard package includes all pizza flavors from our menu served buffet-style, one appetizer of your choice, one salad of your choice, and one pasta of your choice. All pricing includes tax and fees.

Is there a limit on pizza flavors served?

No. Every pizza flavor on our menu is served at your event as part of the standard package.

Can we add on additional appetizers, salads, or pastas?

Yes. When a team member calls you, they will ask whether you'd like any add-ons. You're also welcome to bring it up yourself at that time.

Are servers included?

Servers are not included in the standard package. If you'd like servers at your event, please let a team member know when they call you so we can quote you accordingly.

Do you provide utensils, plates, or napkins?

We provide everything needed to operate the buffet itself — pizza boards, salad bowls, and serving equipment — but plates, utensils, and napkins for guests are not included.

Do you provide cleanup or bussing?

We clean our own work area at the end of the event. General cleanup and bussing for the rest of the venue are not part of our service.

Does the package come with drinks?

No. Beverages are not included in any of our packages. We also do not provide bar service, a cash bar setup, or alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks of any kind.

Do you bring tables?

We can provide tables if needed. A team member will ask about this when they call you.

Pricing & Discounts

What is the travel fee?

Do you offer military or first responder discounts?

Yes. We offer eligible military members and first responders either 10% off their total or one additional appetizer at no charge. Please let a team member know you qualify when they call you.
